Do credits expire?
No. All purchased credits stay in your wallet permanently. There are no monthly resets or expiry dates — buy once, use whenever.
What counts as a 'scanned / image PDF'?
A PDF where text cannot be selected or copied — typically a photograph or scan of a document. Our AI automatically detects this and switches to deep-scan mode, which uses more compute and therefore more credits.
Why does AI watermark removal cost more?
Watermark removal is our most compute-intensive feature. The AI must analyse, isolate, and reconstruct every affected page. Credits scale with document size and page count to reflect the actual processing load.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. You can purchase any pack at any time and credits will be added to your existing wallet balance.
Are there refunds?
